Becoming the Informal Change Leader
With speakers Lila Wut & Cori Chang
About the presenters
Lila Wut is an internal consultant in Learning & Development with the Queen’s Health Systems. She designs curriculum, trains, and coaches both clinical and administrative leaders on how to create and build high-performing teams. Lila co-created and teaches a change curriculum called “Facilitating Change,” where managers learn how to become effective change leaders.
With over 10 years of leadership experience, she also trains trainers on effective content creation and engaging presentation skills. She is the program lead for the Queen’s University for Managers which supports 250 leaders to be both excellent team leaders and smart business managers.
Cori Chang has over 15 years of experience in helping organizations align strategy and improve performance. She is currently an Organizational Development Specialist at Bank of Hawaii. Prior to working at Bank of Hawaii, Cori was the OCM (Organizational Change Management) Team Lead to support the ERP implementation at Queen's Health Systems. Cori also worked with Kaiser Permanente and Hawaii Permanente Medical Group to improve organizational effectiveness by aligning strategy with goals, developing standardized processes and facilitating cultural change.
