President
Erin Gonzalez
Vice-President
Kanealiʻi Ng-Osorio
He earned a Bachelor of Science from the University of Oregon and an MBA from Georgia State University. He has been a member of IIBA over the years and is now interested in becoming more involved to support the chapter.
He has also been a member of the Project Management Institute (PMI) since 2013 and holds the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. Through the PMI Hawai‘i Chapter, he served on the Speaker’s Committee for the annual Professional Development Day (PDD), spent two years as Special Projects Director leading two PDDs, and later served as President-Elect, President, and Past President over a three-year period.
In addition, he helped lead a Region 7 Summit that brought PMI chapter leaders from California, Nevada, New Mexico, and Arizona to Hawai‘i. As a Past President, he supported monthly virtual PM Talks by moderating presentations from speakers around the world, served as a chapter mentor, and helped with PMP exam preparation.
His additional volunteer leadership includes serving as President of the Mid-Pacific Road Runners Club (MPRRC) and the University of Oregon Alumni Association (UOAA) Hawai‘i Ducks Chapter. Outside of work and volunteer service, he hasbeen running since high school at Kamehameha Schools, completed his first marathon in 1998 after graduating from the University of Oregon, finished 22 marathons and more than 200 races, and coaches youth basketball.

Tracy Wong
Tracy Wong is a data enthusiast with a passion for process improvement. Specializing in architecting data-driven solutions, Tracy excels at transforming complex information into actionable insights that enhance efficiency and drive informed decision-making.
In her free time, Tracy enjoys traveling, spending time with family, friends, and her dog. She’s a huge fan of video games and enjoys sipping on a good cup of coffee or tea. Tracy also enjoys volunteering for community events

Justin Ching
Justin Ching is a seasoned Product Manager with over a decade of experience driving operational excellence across Hawaii’s banking, automotive, and healthcare sectors. Currently serving as a Deposit Products Manager at First Hawaiian Bank, Justin has experience with managing budgets of over a half million. He specializes in product lifecycle management, where he oversees the financial health and market positioning of core deposit portfolios.
A graduate of the University of Hawaii at Manoa with a B.A. in Economics and a minor in Business Administration. He is dedicated to applying his expertise in financial products and data-driven decision-making to ensure the long-term sustainability and professional impact of the business analysis community.

Jamie Champagne
Jamie Champagne, CSP is the founder of Champagne Collaborations, LLC, and a globally recognized speaker, trainer, and facilitator specializing in business analysis, change management, and technology-enabled collaboration. With a career rooted in hands-on business analysis, Jamie has worked across industries—including government, healthcare, finance, and telecommunications—helping organizations bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions.
She is the author of Seven Steps to Mastering Business Analysis, 2nd Edition and Business Analyst’s Career Master Plan, where she shares practical, real-world approaches to elevating the impact of business analysis work. Jamie is passionate about empowering analysts to move beyond requirements gathering and into strategic roles that drive measurable value for their organizations.
A Certified Speaking Professional (CSP) and active contributor to the business analysis community, Jamie regularly partners with organizations and professional groups to strengthen analysis capabilities, improve decision-making, and maximize the return on technology investments. Her sessions are known for being highly engaging, collaborative, and immediately applicable—equipping participants with tools they can use right away in their work.
Jamie is truly stoked about the power of business analysis. Whether serving on the board of the IIBA Hawaii Chapter, working with organizations, or supporting analysis professionals around the world, she is committed to helping others maximize the value of their work, their teams, and the solutions they help bring to life.

Davanelle Collins
Davanelle Collins is a dynamic project manager, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, and passionate advocate for continuous growth and meaningful connection. Currently serving as a Project Manager at HMSA, she brings a unique blend of strategic thinking, technical expertise, and people-centered leadership to every initiative she leads.
With over 15 years of experience spanning Salesforce consulting, revenue assurance, project management, sales, and training, Davanelle has successfully led cross-functional teams, implemented complex systems, and driven process improvements that enhance both operational efficiency and user experience. A Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, she is passionate about using data to inform decisions, streamline workflows, and create meaningful, measurable outcomes.
During her tenure at Hawaiian Telcom, Davanelle served as a board member for HT’s Connecting and Building Young Professionals and contributed to the company’s Brand Champion committee, where she helped plan initiatives that engaged and connected employees with the community.
Davanelle is driven by a simple belief: professional development should be practical, empowering, and accessible to everyone. She is committed to creating engaging opportunities that help business analysts expand their skills, grow their confidence, and thrive in their careers.

Vivian Paek
Vivian Paek is a Senior Program Manager with over 12 years of experience in Customer Energy Resources at Hawaiian Electric, specializing in interconnection policies, customer-facing programs, and operational process improvement. She has a deep appreciation for business analysis and hopes to share its value with professionals across multiple industries.
Outside of work, Vivian enjoys traveling and spending time with her dog and two cats, who believe every requirement is urgent and dinner deadlines absolute.

Suzanne Brinkman
Suzanne Brinkman is a modern workplace and AI leader with a strong foundation in digital transformation, governance, and enterprise collaboration. She is a passionate advocate for business analysis as the bridge between big ideas and real-world impact. Suzanne focuses on helping teams move from ambiguity to clarity. Suzanne is deeply committed to growing capability and connection, leading training sessions, webinars, and initiatives to help professionals build confidence with AI and modern workplace tools.
Outside of her technical role, Suzanne enjoys salsa dancing, and bringing people together—often over a good cup of coffee—where conversations can turn into ideas, and ideas into meaningful impact.

Sheilah Lee
A seasoned Senior Enterprise Business Analyst with, Sheilah has built a career leading high-impact, cross-functional initiatives that modernize operations and enable business growth. Her portfolio includes driving complex workflow management transformations, supporting successful new product rollouts, and optimizing inventory processes. She is known for connecting business needs with scalable technical solutions, building strong partnerships across teams, and navigating ambiguity to deliver clarity, structure and measurable results.
Among her many accomplishments, her favorite project to date was being part of a team designing and building a fully immersive escape room from the ground up – an innovative team-building experience created to raise funds for Aloha United Way. The project blended creativity, strategy, and collaboration, and ultimately became a standout example of how thoughtful engagement can inspire teams while supporting the community.
Outside of work, she balances analytical problem-solving with creative pursuits. She enjoys unwinding with classic Friends, NCIS, and other TV reruns and spends her free time catching up with friends, knitting, crocheting and sewing. An avid weekend tennis player and enthusiastic traveler, she explores new cultures whenever possible – most recently adventuring through Italy and Greece.
