Interactive Workshop Summary:
We talk in big, grandiose ideas about what servant leadership is: Empowering and trusting your teams! Building a collaborative environment! But we don't often delve into the details on HOW to do these things. This highly interactive session will include a servant leadership activity and gallery walk for participants to share ideas on how leaders can both enable their teams better and embody modern leadership techniques.
Participants will leave with a huge backlog of innovative ideas around servant leadership and a new facilitation technique to bring to their organizations.
