Scoping Workshop
About the Event
Come join us as special guest Heather Mylan-Mains, CBAP, MBA, CSA leads this workshop on scoping where you can gain a better understanding of scope, communication and scope refinement techniques.
Scope is a complex mix of information essential to successful projects. Scope requires context and communication. Come explore analysis techniques to refine context and communication to define scope. Through an interactive fun exercise learn how to fine-tune your questions and listening skills. You will be amazed as the story unfolds to understand how information is communicated and how questions will refine scope. Add a visual diagram to refine the results of your questions and you have a powerful set of scope tools. Things are not always what they seem and analysis will make them clear!. Register early to save your seat for this valuable hands-on session!
