About the Presenter
Roger is recognized as a world leader in transforming companies and government agencies from traditional hierarchical organizations to cross functionally managed ones whose performance is driven by customer value and results. He has led numerous initiatives to implement new business models, governance frameworks, process management programs and business architecture capabilities globally.
Roger has developed and delivered the first Business Process Management classes in the world in 1994. He has chaired the most prominent business process and capability change conferences on over forty occasions. He has authored the pioneering ‘Business Process Management: Profiting from Process’ and the ‘Business Process Manifesto’ (now in 15 languages).
