By working with stakeholders to understand the aims and outcomes they are trying to achieve, we can potentially help them identify solutions that are quicker, cheaper and better than the one that first sprang to mind. This session is an overview of the purpose and structure of an interaction map. There will be a mapping exercise for participation and discussion. We will also have open discussion on how to utilize interaction mapping for stakeholder engagement analysis.
